What Exercise Bike brand is Best? Need Some advice.?
I am going to buy an exercise bike, I was wondering what Brand is better, Schwinn or ProForm?
I am using it just for Cardio, I’m not a biker so I’m not looking for something that a heavy biker would use. I’ll prob use it for 5-10 miles a day.

If you have a bicycle, don’t buy an exercise bike. In general they are uncomfortable and poorly made (unless you buy an expensive one). Few people can stand to use them for long. A MUCH better alternative … although you still have to handle the “boredom factor” … is what is called a “bike trainer”, This is a frame that holds your regular bike and allows you to ride it indoors. The big advantages of a bike trainer vs an exercise bike are that a) they take up less space (since they can be folded away), b) are usually less expensive (for equivalent quality … as little as about $80 (See 2nd link)), c) since you use your regular bike you are in the same position on the same seat … and therefore much more comfortable, and d) you aren’t duplicating much of your existing bike.
